I'm currently 8 pages (single spaced) into a 15 page essay for my AP English Literature and Composition class.

My rough draft is due tomorrow and I'm about...oh...twenty pages from even being done.

I just really don't want to do this right now.

I'm writing about Organized Crime and its relationship with American Pop Culture and I've been eyeball deep in gangster history for the last two months.

I'm just...done with it. It's too long on a single topic for me.

But I guess I'll have to finish it somehow. Looks like a late night.

Words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats if you made it to the end of this post!

I hate those projects. I want to poke my eyes out whenever I've been writing about one topic for so long.

Hang in there! You'll be done with it soon!!

I love reading about it, but it's killing me right now. To me, it's one of the most fascinating subjects, but after months of research I'm fed up with it! I just need a break!

I've got the rough draft due tomorrow and then the final draft is due a week and a half later.

It's almost done, you're right.

Now I just have to stay focused enough to finish it.

On the upside, I'm almost done with my section on prohibition, so that's good. Times were pretty quiet following that until the 1960s, so I'm fairly close to done with teh history section.
