ugh! one handed-typing - tough to do!

I had surgery on my left hand for trigger finger yesterday & I'm finding it difficult to type one-handed. If I try and use the index finger, the bandage gets in the way & I'm hitting keys I don't want! So I'll probably do a lot of lurking & reading - not so much responding! At least I got to take a week of sick leave from work! (I see lots of Olympic-watching in my future!)

hope your hand gets better soon.... I spraned my finger once and couldn't type for weeks! It sucked!

Jam a toothpick into the bandaging and tape it in place to increase you accuracy.

LOL! I know exactly how you feel. Lately, I've been typing one handed while trying to nurse my squirmy little one and boy, is it difficult!

I learned to type one handed once. I tend to mulit task alot. so If I've got a free hand I can type. I'm not very accurate or very fast, but I can get my point across. I hope your finger gets better soon! One handed typing stinks!
