so I'm sick. They day before my interview. I can't even talk really my throat hurts so bad. This totally sucks. I'm doing everything I can. Drinking tea having a humidifier in my room...Waiting for my mom to get up to take me to get some throat drops....Ugh I feel soo horrible

Ughh, I'm so sorry! Feel better soon!! I'm just now getting over my cold... ugh, it sucks. Feel better! Drink lots of water, and rest.

Right now i'm drinking plenty of tea and will ,after this cup is gone, be switching to water. I'm eating chips which are not the best but the salt it making my throat feel so much better

ugh sadly i do not feel any better. My mom had me stay home so i'll be at least semi better for my interview...I'll probably walk in with a smile and a raspy voice but oh well better then nothing.

When I started my first job, I was incredibly sick. I lost my voice completely, I was so congested. I actually had to call out of my first day of training. lol
But I got the job, and I'm still working there. So any interviewer with even a sliver of a heart would realize that you're sick and won't hold that against you.
It actually might might improve your chances because it shows your dedication!
