Ugh! FastPass Help

My friend is going for one day and has park hoppers. Planning on doing MK and HS. She has a fast pass for Buzz Lightyear in MK for 9:50 and trying to make a 3:50 for the Frozen show in HS. Not letting her do it, system trying to cancel the Buzz FP. Is she doing something wrong? I thought she could make her FP for separate parks.

You cannot book FP in more than ONE park in advance.

You must wait until day-of and you are in the first park and tap into the first FP before you can book
any FP at another park.

The Frozen Sing Along in HS NEVER needs a fast pass. (We love it, and go multiple times each trip) Tell your pal to not stress; just show up 15 - 20 mins before showtime and keep the Buzz FP at Magic Kingdom. Once they get to HS they can use the app to find 3 HS fast passes. Frozen isn't one they need to worry about.
