I booked our WDW vacation in Aug and my family members have all but stopped talking about WDW ! You would think my 3 kids, ages 15, 15 and 12,would be filled with non stop excitement .This will only be their 2nd trip back to WDW and they have friends who've never been to WDW. Their FRIENDS are more excited than my kids ! What's up with my kids ????? :confused3 It's not like I booked the trip a year in advance and it's a long ways off to look forward . I only booked 6 months prior to departure and that'll be here before we know it. Sure, they're busy with school and sports, but that the Hell, it's Disney, for crying out loud ! DH also doesn't feel the magic. Is anyone else in the same boat? Are you the only one in the house to feel the pixiedust: ?

I think it is just a normal stage to go through. Sometimes, too long of a wait is to much.

We are leaving this Thurs for a quickee trip next weekend and the kids are still excited.
