I'm so mad right now at blink and I'm not sure what more I can do.
I have been doing blink since about March, right now I have about 160,000 points. Here is the deal... I can't get into my account. I am putting in my name and password and it tells me to re-enter or sign up, like it doesnt recognize my name. This has been going on since the end of July. I did request my password be sent to me and it is correct. So I started emailing them to see if they could help. After about a month I did get an email saying that my account wasn't an active account and to re-activate it I needed to respond to their email. Which I did! I never received anything from them acknowledging that and I still can't sign on.
WHAT NOW???
Do I just write off those points and start over or is there some way to get them to respond and re-activate my account? I'm so frustrated right now. I want to just say forget about it, but I had all those points and now I'm determined to get them back!
So if any one has any advice or opinions PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!!
