We ordered 4 day non hopper tickets ( date specific) for the trip we are on right now. We had two old 10 day non-expiring Park hoppers with water parks and more option with 2 days of Park hoppers left for my husband and 1 day PH left for me. We intended to use the new date specific tickets for this trip NOT the old non-expiring tickets. After being in the parks yesterday & today, I happened to look and they used up our non-expiring Park hoppers not the current date specific tickets we purchased for this trip! We did not park hop and did not mean for those old tickets to be used. Will guest relations be able to fix this error?
