Hi All!
BLECH! 21.5 pounds up.
From January 19 of this year until now, I lost 71.5 pounds. :cool1:
But then, over the summer I gained back 15, lost 20. OK.
But then, from September until now I gained 21.5 pounds. :confused3
I am back on track today & I figure the more people I tell, I'll have some sort of "accountability". Sigh.......
I want to loose at least 10 for our trip in January.
I am trying to stop myself from gaining anymore & not going back up the rest of the 50 pounds.
Thanks for listening.

I know it is hard - but it is great you realize you need to start again! I am back to Weight Watchers aftering watching all of the weight I lost come back in two months. Good luck!

Good for you to know that you need to get back to basics. This lifestyle change is not easy and the hardest part once you've made the effort to lose it keeping it off.

WISHing you all the best. Keep at it and never go back there!

Thanks guys!
I just have to get out of that "diet" mode & realize this is for life.
Thanks again for the support :grouphug:

Have you thought about setting a different goal until your trip in January? How about not gaining any more? It's so hard not to gain weight this time of year, let alone lose weight. If you set a goal to not gain and then lose a couple, wonderful! It's better than trying to lose 10 and possibly gain. It's a frame of mind thing. Just a thought.
