UGH. 11 Days Out and I think I'm sick...

So I am about to be at the 10 day mark for Disney and I am pretty sure 99.9% sure that I have an ear infection. I get chronic ear infections in one ear due to it not developing right when I was little.... I have that old familiar sensation in my ear, no appetite and I can't move my head with out extreme ear and jaw pain... for me, that has always been 4 ingredients of ear infection... great. It looks like if I go to the doctor tomorrow I will be coming off of the antibiotics just in time for WDW. Or maybe they will give me the 5 day one....

OH THE JOY, but I guess its better to find out now, rather than at WDW where I don't have a doctor...

Hope you're feeling better when it gets closer to travel time. As you said it beats getting sick while you're at WDW and don't have quick access to a doctor and/or pharmacy. I'm sure a Disney vacation cures anything!

Get that antibiotic first thing in the morning, and you'll be good as new by the time you leave!!!

Before I could get prescription antibiotic ear drops for my well-advanced ear infection last week (so advanced, I'd lost all sensation in the right side of my face - except for pain), I put a few drops of isopropyl alcohol in my ear a few times a day for 1 day and it killed most of the infection fast.

Isopropyl alcohol can also be bought in the resort gift shops, where they have toiletries and first aid items.
