Anywhere he flies will affect air traffic within 100 miles. Holds on takeoffs and landings so all those planes aren't in the air anywhere near AF1, holding patterns for incoming flights, likely out over the gulf or Atlantic.

But, will it affect Soarin' departures or Star Tours Flight 1401?
