Cooking Udon noodles at teppan edo?

I thought the noodles had soy sauce and peppers or some such thing.

Does anyone remember or know how to cook these noodles? I loved them at Teppan Edo.

I didn't know for a long time either. There is a Disney Recipe sticky at the top of this forum that may be able to help you out.

I don't see the recipe you're looking for on the thread Tricia mentioned so I've added it to our request list (post #6) found here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1777635 We've found that people do best at requesting recipes when they send an email which includes the date/s of your visit & even your reservation number if you still have it. You'll find some help in the index thread on how to request recipes in post #5. If you're able to obtain the recipe, please come & share it with us.
