UCF tickets - upgradeable?

Is it possible to upgrade the UCF tickets sold by the SGA? They are discounted. I searched the DIS but couldn't find anything about these tickets.

Yes, University of Central Florida and the Student Gov Association. My brother is a student and wanted to take us in for a day. I wasn't sure if we could upgrade them to be more than 1 day, and if so, once we go through the gates, does that make the ticket not able to be upgraded? I know usually to price bridge, you have to go through the gates and then upgrade it.

You don't have to enter a park before upgrading, and even if you did, it's not a problem to do it with a one-day ticket. (The ticket isn't used up until the end of the last day you use it, if that' what you're concerned about.)

I thought that was necessary in order to maintain the value of the ticket (for instance if you buy a 1 day ticket for 100 and the actual value is 115, in order to keep the 115 value, you need to go through the gates before trying to upgrade, otherwise you only get 100 in value) If I'm wrong on that, that would be really nice though!

Not necessary to enter to get the price-bridge.
But you CAN, if you like, and still can upgrade even a one-day ticket.

Wonderful! Ok, last question, since brother is a FL resident, would he be able to buy Discover Disney FL resident tickets for my kids since they are under 18 and he has valid ID?

ETA: He will be with us and going to the parks with us.

ID's are not checked for under 18.

For the UCF tickets, you'd have to read the back of the ticket to ensure there are no restrictions to upgrading.
