Uber to Beach Club?

I'm hoping to score a ride on Ratatouille for one of my Epcot days in February. I wanted to Uber over to Beach Club and walk in from there because the walk will be shorter than from the front.

Will I still need a dining reservation to be let in the Beach Club gates? Anyone know?

Also, I believe Remy's Ratatouille Adventure will not have a normal line when it first opens. Virtual queue only available beginning at 7 a.m. So there's no need to race in. Odds are your time will not be early enough to need to go directly there vs. going on something else at park opening.

Thank you!! I wasn't sure of the protocol anymore. Also appreciate the advice about not needing to race in. I was worried that if I scored it at 7:00 AM for an 11:00 AM ride, I wouldn't have time to get there within the window.
