Uber or Lyft to Universal

We are doing a split stay. For the last five days of our trip, we are staying at Royal Pacific at Universal. We’ll need to get there from Caribbean Beach. There will be three of us, all adults. Naturally, we will have luggage, probably three large suitcases and two carry on sized ones, as well as a few smaller bags. Will an Uber or Lyft XL be sufficient? Also, are drivers okay with those of us with luggage? I’ve only ever used the service when I didn’t have bags.

You probably want whichever will get you an SUV, since cars can be any size that holds four - even (once for me) a pickup. The driver should be fine with luggage.

On Lyft you should see, Lyft XL for up to 6, this will team you up for a larger ride.

Yes, XL will work fine. With either Uber or Lyft XL, you will get an SUV with three rows of seats or a minivan. Either will accommodate your party and your luggage.

There are some SUV's that seat 6 but don't have much room behind the 3rd seat for luggage. So the 3rd seat may have to be folded, which means if there are "captain's chairs" someone would have to sit up front with the driver, and you might have to hold a couple of small items between the 2nd row seats. Just so you know.
