Uber from off site

Anyone use Uber to get around from their off site hotel? Are they typically pretty fast to pick you up? If you are going to the Magic Kingdom where could they drop you off?

We had no problems with pick up from Universal and from restaurants off site. Usually 10-15 minute pick up.

At MK you can be drop off at TTC or get droped off at contemporary and walk to the MK.

We have used Uber to go to Discovery Cove and various offsite restaurants (particularly dinner shows where alcohol is included with the meal). The longest wait for pick up has been 11 minutes. Most typical is 5-8 minutes. We LOVE Uber and highly recommend it. Cars have been clean, drivers have been friendly, and we have been transported to our destination (or picked up and returned to our resort) amazingly efficiently.

That's tempting! I would like to avoid the TTC.
