Uber family?

Has anyone used Uber family yet for travel within the parks? I see the family option in the app, but we would need two car seats. Has anyone gone through the booking process on the app and been able to request a second seat? Was thinking this could be a good transportation option for us, but didn't want to have to book two separate vehicles.

I don't think you'll have any luck finding an Uber driver with 2 car seats. Drivers have to purchase the seats themselves and get paid a few dollars extra when they drive a Family rider. The driver would not get reimbursement of any kind for a 2nd seat. And, as RideshareRob has said, even one seat takes up a lot of space in the trunk that might be needed for luggage.

Taxis are probably a better choice in your circumstance. Mears cabs have access to car seats.
