I just booked a fairly impulsive last-minute trip to WDW for later this month, and while hotel and parks were easy, I'm having an unusually hard time with the dining planning. The biggest problem is that many of our favorites are still closed and others have changed the menu so much that they're not especially appealing. Plus we're more comfortable with outdoor dining than indoors so I plan to limit our sit-down meals to those with outdoor spaces with only a few exceptions.
One of the things I keep coming back to is the idea of UberEats or other such services as a way to get better/more varied food than is currently available at the resorts, but having never ordered delivery to a Disney resort, I'm not sure if or how well it would work. Is there much available in the area that does deliver? Does Disney restrict resort access in ways that make delivery difficult? We'll be at Pop for one night and then Beach Club Villas for the rest of the week, and won't have a car to go offsite ourselves.
