Me too! Maybe I'm just not creative enough to validate a tag!

The newbies around the boards must be funnier...or know people in high places! Congrats you guys! They're really cute!

I don't know if the tag fairy reads this thread, but I accidentally deleted my tag a few weeks ago by trying to add another phrase to my profile.

I used to have a scrolling green "I believe" that I would love to get back. Now I know that you can't make any additions/changes once the fairy has tagged you... I would be so happy if she would grant my wish!!!

When I accidentally deleted my Tag Fairy-created tag a while back, I typed in my own tag which was close to what the TF had given me, and waited to be tagged/colorized again. I suppose I could have just typed in exactly what they had put in there the first time, but I wasn't 100% sure of the wording, so I put in my own similarly-worded tag after deleting the first one by mistake, and then waited to be colorized and hit again...and I was!!!!

So Cheshiregirl, I think you should type in "I believe..." in the tag area and leave it there. Eventually the Tag Fairy will colorize it. It may not be green and it may not be scrolling, but at least they will colorize the phrase you want in there. (Because we just don't know if the elusive Tag Fairy is reading this thread or not!)

I have had the same tag since 2007. I do not mess with it. I do not want to screw it up. The tag fairy knew I was sick and cared enough about me to let me know in a tag. Of course I was in the hospital like five months before I saw it. And that made it all the more special.

I can totally relate to your first tag...The sleep-deprivation is causing low mental bandwidth

My DH recently went on swing shift so he's coming in just about the time I start dozing off at 12:30AM, so then I'm awake again. The mind doesn't work so well when you have to be at work early with very little sleep.

Howdy! Enjoy the little ones while you can, they grow up so fast.

I remember those days too. Now we're just recycling through with a DGS, nieces and newphew. They visit regularly and keep us on our toes. It sure seemed easier when I was in my twenties/thirties though.

I don't think it does. I think my Mom would still wait up for me if I let her get a way with it. She "babysits" on the rare occasions that my husband and I go out and she literally sleeps in the chairs until we come home. No it never ends.
