Typically any "events" in WDW February 9-12? Projected park hours?

My husband is leaving for a 12 day stay in February and we'll be joining him for only a couple of days and wondering if there's any events possible during our time there, or what we can expect the park hours to be those days? Thanks!

The first half of Feb should be much much better than the second half when Prez Day, big marathon, Mardi Gras’ers and spring breakers descend on WDW and make those last 2 weeks of Feb a Top 3 busiest time of the year. You’ll be leaving before the crazy hits

Epcot’s Festival of the Arts will be in full swing and it’s a great event. TRON could possibly be starting CM, AP and DVC previews. HS’s Fantasmic and MK railroad should be open by then.

Park hours will continue to change. Up until Jan will just have basic hours posted, likely followed by more than one set of hour expansions. The last one often just 2 or 3 weeks out.
Hard to predict since the past couple years were impacted by atypical travel, plus it looks like a general change has started toward earlier openings.
I’d expect something like this as the final hours:
MK 8 or 9 am - 8 or 9pm
EP 9am-9pm
HS 9am-9pm
AK 8am- 6 or 7pm
