typical interview VS. disney cp interview

howdy guys

i've been thinking a lot about the cp phone interview (which i won't be doing for another few months anyway) and from what i've read, most people say it's important to just be very enthusiastic, smile, etc

other people i've heard that you have a big conversation that can last up to 30-40 minutes.

d'you think the disney interview likes to hear more conversational answers, especially since you'll be working in an environment where you have to talk to a lot of people? or should i stick to a typical interview sort of thing, but with a little more enthusiasm..?

That is definitely an interesting question. It is a lot different than any interview I've been on in the past... mainly because it's on the phone. Yes definitely be energetic and have a smile on your face. That shouldn't be a problem if you love Disney as much as we all do!

I personally think its better to be more conversational. Here's my reasoning... It let's your personality shine through. Most people can answer basic questions thrown at them, you need to show them who you are as a person. Relax, and stay calm. As I hear most of the interviewers are friendly and pleasant to talk to. Mine was super friendly and helped me feel more relaxed.
