Typical crowds in of May?

My family and I are all booked for our timeshare in Orlando and daytona for a week 5/28 - 6/4/2011. we weer wondering what the crowds are like at US and IOA around the last couple days of May. Is school still in session in Florida? Also we are flying in saturday so parks would be sun and monday, sea world on tuesday.

Any tips on where to eat in or outside of parks?

School is still in session here for the most part so you won't have to deal with many local kids except on the weekends. The lines aren't usually too bad except for Memorial Day weekend but it's a holiday weekend and the local parks are usually very busy.
