I have a a child that is a beginer swimmer, I'd like to know if anyone knows the depth of water at the base of the slides. I know he would like to do the slides and he is tall enough, but I would to like to know the depth of the water at the base of the slides. Athough we have been there many times, I never needed to kno as that at that time he was to small to slide. Thanks for any info.

I think it is approx. 3 feet - maybe 3 1/2 :goodvibes at the most. We were just there about 10 days ago and all of the kids tall enough to ride any slide were able to stand up at the bottom of it. You can always go first and be waiting for him when he gets down. Some of the slides also offer the choice of using a one or two person tube so you could go together first time down.

TL is our favorite thing at WDW! We have gone every trip with our kids since they were 2 and 4 and they still love it.

Have a great time. :goodvibes
