typhoon lagoon question???

we have visited blizzard beach once before and really enjoyed it...we plan to visit typhoon lagoon during our upcoming trip...while at blizzard beach, we used the chair lift to get to the top of the slides when possible...took the stairs a couple of times and let me tell you, it is quite a hike...
i'm not mistaken, there is no "chair lift" at typhoon lagoon...what are the stairs at typhoon lagoon like??? are the as steep or high???

You're correct, there is no chair lift at TL. I really haven't gone down the slides there in a few years, but I remember them not being nowhere near as high as the stairs at Summit Plummit.

I had no trouble with the stairs - (and I had a bad knee and a short 7 year old!) Not nearly as steep.

You do have to carry the family tube up the stairs for this ride called Gang Plank Falls . It seats 4 people.

As far as water parks go, I didn't think the stair climb at TL was that bad.
