We had a great time. It was my DFiance's first time. We headed right for Shark Reef, they have an area next to the entrance with chairs, lounges, and shade... We set up there, left our things there (towels, clothing, shoes, etc) and headed to SR. It had a decent line but moved fast. DFiance didn't believe me that the sharks were not under glass, but he soon found out I was right as they swam right up to him. We had a great time, a little bit of our fun we had in St. Thomas relived...
We then did the body slides and the family raft ride. We also hit the wave pool and the lazy river type ride.
NOTE: I am a SCUBA diver, use to be on swim team, etc... so I consider myself a very good swimmer. BUT, the deep section of the wave pool was rough, so please anyone going take their warnings seriously. It's about 7 1/2 feet deep, which isn't much, but when they kick on the wave, wow... It gets tall and it is tiring.
I was surprised.
BE sure to bring the sunscreen, there are alot of open areas and you can get a burn easy.
We loved TL and would go again.
