Type of Pass?

We will be going to US and IOA in August. There will be two adults a child age four and an infant. We will probably be going back in July of next year to get one more use out of our Disney Annual Passes. Can anyone give me advice on tickets for Universal? Do they have annual passes? Can you get a discount on they if they do?
