Hi I’m traveling with two wheelchair users in the fall to DW. I would need to help both of them get into the ride. Two questions:
One is there enough room for two wheelchairs in the rides that are accessible?
Question two, for rides that I would have to help them transfer into is there enough time to do that? Maybe two minutes total for both?
thanks

Probably not room for 2 wheelchairs on most rides at the same time, there are specific boats/vehicles to accommodate, the norm is for one. And often there is only one boat/vehicle on the ride system at a time or only one vehicle in total that is equipped to accommodate a WC. Two minutes is a long time in the attractions world, but they will pause or stop the ride for a person to safely board. And be advised that CM's are limited in the assistance they can offer, they can offer an arm to assist or help stabilize a person, but they cannot lift a person in or out of a wheelchair or a ride vehicle. Some rides have a separate area for a person who uses a wheelchair to take more time to board (Kali River Rapids), but unfortunately it's not the case for most attractions.

The wheelchair accessible ride cars have one wheelchair space and one seat for a companion to ride. The wheelchair accessible boats at Small World, Mexico, Living Seas in Epcot and Jungle Cruise have space for more companions, but still only have space for one wheelchair at a time.
So, if neither transfers to a seat, the second person to ride would need to wait for the first person to finish.

Unable to walk at all? If they can walk a few steps most rides will take the wheel chair and put it at the exit. If not than the posters above already gave good info.

We had 2 wheelchairs on our last trip. My dad stayed in his for all rides that allowed it and was able to walk onto a few regular rides where we could get the wheelchair close (ones that are fairly easy to step in and out of). My mom was able to walk on all the rides we did with some assistance from us with the wheelchair being close. They slowed or stopped all rides as needed. As previously mentioned there were no rides where both could ride in wheelchair together if needed. Some rides had more than one wheelchair vehicle but they were not near each other in the ride. Others only had one as far as I could tell so you would have to wait a ride cycle or half a ride a cycle at best for the second person to ride in a wheel chair. Hopefully you have 2 people to push the chairs.

Are you talking about wheelchairs or scooters? Some queues are accessible to wheelchairs only, and a scooter would need to be parked outside the ride (if this is the case, they'll lend you a wheelchair to use for the line). As MinnieMSue mentioned, 2 people to push is desirable and at some rides an outright necessity.
