Two weeks since we submitted closing docs, and sellers dragging their feet

I am so sad.

It has been two full weeks since we sent our closing documents back via FedEx overnight, and the sellers have still not signed.

Apparently now one of the sellers is out of town and won't be back until Friday.

The first two days of the trip we are trying to plan in November are now already booked solid, and the more days that pass, the more days will book up. I'm starting to worry that we won't be able to use the banked points.

I'm also starting to worry that they will back out. I can't figure out why they would sit on the documents so long.

Oh, that's awful! I'm so sorry you're going through this! Hopefully they'll get back on Friday & execute the documents immediately.

I'll be Fedexing our docs tomorrow... Here's hoping that ours goes quicker than yours is. Sending you a big hug!
