Can you guys believe that my organization is shut down for two weeks because of flooding? My scrap room is almost back in order - carpet is dry and the furniture back- just have to put everything else back that got packed up in the midst of the water - so maybe I'll actually do some scrapping.
It's been a mess in my area with 100s of people evacuated, some houses condemned, and levee problems.
I actually miss work - I like my job - and hope everything gets cleaned up and all the water gets pumped out of the buildings on campus - but it's kinda nice to have some time off without using vacation time.
Just to add - it's nothing like what hit Texas so we feel very lucky even though we're all complaining!

Sorry about the water damage. I am so glad you were able to get it all dried off and put back together so quickly.
For two weeks - WITH pay!
