two-way radios

From your own experiences, can anyone tell me what the best two-way radios are while in Disney? What about the 5 mile range ones? Anyone know how much the FCC fee is?

When we go to WDW we usually rent them. The ones we rent are Nextel two-way telephones and their range is the state of Florida. We rent them from www.allradioinc.com

We feel that they are a great investment in order to communicate with others in your group and they cost APPROXIMATELY $10.00 each per day to rent.

We love them and NEVER have a problem reaching others or having to use "sub-channels".

They have these new Disney 2 way radios for sale now.. They only have a 2 mile range though...

Thanks for the info. I'm going to go over to allradioinc.com and check it out. I also saw the Mickey radios advertised in the Best Buy ad this week. I'm trying to decide which way to go.
