Two Transferring Points Questions

Background:
I have a master 50 pt contract at OKW (Oct. UY)
I have a 50 pt sub contract at SSR.
Last spring I banked 50 SSR pts (2006UY) into this years pts
At that time I also banked 5 OKW (2006UY) pts into this years pts.

I don't think I will be using these 55 pts before they expire on Sept. 30/08.

Finally my questions: If I go the transferring to another member route, can I transfer all 55 in one transaction or would I have transfer two different times (if I even can) since they are in 2 different contracts. Wouldn't this be like point morphing?

Secondly about transfers - Is it 1 transfer per use year or per calendar year?
Do I get 2 transfers since I have 2 different contracts?

Sorry, I know its a lot to answer but I know this is the right place to get the answers.

TIA,
CPC

It is my understanding that banked points can not be transferred. But transferred points can be banked.

Sadly as Chuck correctly pointed out you can not transfer banked, borrowed or previously transferred points. You can Bank transferred points, but you can not borrow transferred points. You can transfer Holding points and they do retain their holding status, they do not morph.

The timing on 1 transfer per year (use year versus calendar) really depends on which CM is doing the transfer, However, it is supposed to be per Use Year.

You only have one master contract, thus one transfer per use year, in or out. Some people with multiple Master Contracts report 1 transfer per master, others (with each Master contract title being titled the same way) report only one transfer per Owner (regardless of # of Master Contracts) per year, with the exception being made for a self-transfer, moving points between the same Owner's Master Contracts. The only use for a self-transfer would seem (to me) to be for point morphing.
