I thought they added another track and that TSM was to be closed one day around mid-March. Did this happen yet? I don't see anything mentioned about it on here. How much has the waits been reduced?

It hasn't been connected to the attraction, yet.

I'm wondering if everything is the same between the 2 tracks - meaning are all the games played along the way the same or different on tracks 1 vs. track 2? I always assumed they would be, but given the premise for the planned "Toy Story 4" for 2018 they could bring back "Bo Peep's Baaa-loon Pop" somewhere.

Nobody will know until the third track opens.

Actually they already have 2 tracks, they are adding a third. The two existing tracks are the same.

You know I thought I had heard there was already 2 tracks but I couldn't remember where I saw it. If there are 2 that are the same, then chances are the 3rd will be the same as well.

Since it is mostly software based, it's too bad that there isn't at least one section that changes with each ride. Sort of like Star Tours, you never know what you are going to get. Maybe they'll change out something when it's closer to the release date for "Toy Story 4" like they did in 2010 for "Toy Story 3".

Great idea

It did shut down though on 3/15. We had an FP+ for that day. I couldn't tell a difference when we rode it on 3/20. I knew that the new track would not be hooked up, but you couldn't even see a hint of another track or entrance. It will be interesting to see how they do it. I hope it's done by my trip in July.
