Hi there, im going to Disneyworld in the middle to end of april next year and i was just wondering what the weather will be like,and whether it will be very busy. Also i was just wondering whether anybody knew how often they close rock n rollercoaster?, i would be absolutely DEVASTATED if it was shut down for refurbishment or whatever while im there as im travelling a LONG way and that is my all time favourite ride!! please help

I've been to WDW in late April before however it was a long time ago. I'd expect temps to be in the 80's during the day and 60's in the evenings. If I remember correctly it wasn't their rainy season either. As for the refurbishements you may want to check back here and on Allears.net for updates!

I have been there in April 4 times. We have had different weather each time. In 2004 it was rainy and cold most of the trip but 2006 it only rained twice and was very warm.

Usually they don't refurbish main attractions at that time of year. This past April POTC was closed in March and actually re-opened the last three weeks of April then closed again.
