Two things left to do...

So two weeks from tomorrow we will finally be in DL and yet I am still putting off making our shuttle rsvp's! Don't know why this is intimidating me so much?! Then there is the easy process of ordering our Vons stuff. I am consumed with these Dis boards and need to just bite the bullet! Waking up to snow on the ground this morning should motivate me!!

We really like Execucar Express - For around $72 plus tip one way from LAX it's a reasonable fee for 5 or less people.

Vons - Soda, bottled water, juice packs, individual cracker packs, individual potato chip or crunchies packs, individual cookie packs, soup in a styrofoam cup for in-room, microwave popcorn, ravioli, cereal, cereal bowls, milk, cheese strings, spoons, English muffins, individual pats of margarine, eggs, cheese slices (can make egg and cheese muffins in your room then), granola bars, pop tarts, and more, is what we like to order from Vons. Trail mix, chex mix, etc.


I think it is the feeling of being overwhelmed that makes us feel kind of 'stuck' where we can't move.

If you dont mind me asking, what is a reasonable tip? We lurked the Vons website and they don't carry the TGI Friday mix I like ..do you know of a close store that sells alcohol? We won't have a rental car and we are staying at VGC.

We tip $10 for a family of 4, and we have 2 suitcases to be put into the vehicle. Some people tip $2 per bag, but in our case $4 is too little.

They sell some alcohol at various little hotel stores, Hojo's store sells alcohol, but I've never heard of TGI Friday mix... maybe others here can tell you where to find that.

There are never any discount codes that work with Execucar Express, as far as I know... some codes work for super shuttle, but not this service... I am going to plug in some dates and see if they have raised their prices. Will post back here to edit this...

Edited to add. Nope, it still shows as $72 each way for me... this is the menu that shows up after plugging in dates and you have to select 'Business Express Service.' Hope this helps!

Odd.. this time when I just requested a fare it gave me the option of that business express.. seems like when I actually logged in my flight info I didn't have that option only the towncar meet and greet at the airport and return. What is buisness express? That price is much better!! That code I got from some random website was LE74Z and it shows it applying to supershuttle and the towncar option but not the business express, as you stated. Thanks for all your input!! As much as the Magical Express drives me crazy in Florida, it saves this headache!

Wonderland on Katella and Walnut, they deliver or use to. I do not drink anymore, just a note.

I'm glad you tried it again, and it worked. I have looked for coupons over the years and so have finally realized that they never do have options to apply coupons, so you are definitely getting the lowest rate that they can offer on that. Enjoy your Disney trip!!

we did supershuttle - not too bad except the guy organizing passengers at LAX was really rude. Drivers were pretty good. Some of their vans are showing age - we tipped $7-$10 (depended on what I had in my wallet at the time and we only had two carry-on sized pieces.
