Hi there will be 7 of us, on our next trip 3 adults 2 teenagers and 2 children 5 and 6. We will be renting points for a stay of 4 nites at AKV and 5 nites at the Boardwalk Villas. My question is when staying at the Boardwalk should we get 2 studios or try for a 2 bedroom villa?:confused3 I keep going back and forth.

Group A gets a bedroom, group B gets a bedroom and you get a common room to share for similar price. Unless you don't like the other group, a 2 bdrm is a no brainier.

We used to do 1 bdrms then I made mistake of getting a 2 bdrm at BLT. Now dd18 and ds 16 want a real bed and not a sofa sleeper anymore:rotfl:

The 2BR will give you more room for your party and flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

2 bedroom. You get a nice kitchen and a washer/dryer. I love having that right in the room. I'm a freak about clean clothes on vacation. Especially with how hot and sweaty everyone gets in FL. It's also nice to wash towels since renting points doesn't get you housekeeping every day.

Absolutely and without a doubt get the two bedroom villa. You will have a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, three separate sleeping areas, a living room for relaxing, three TV's, and a lot less stress. Studios are not as nice as a regular resort room, so in my opinion you wouldn't want that at all.
