We are travelling next week, myself and 3 kids in one room, on one reservation and my parents in a seperate room, seperate reservation. We all have the DDP and have made all our ADRs together, party of 6. When we are seated do we need to tell the server we are 2 seperate parties and get 2 seperate checks? I am just wondering how they handle it for the use of credits when you have two seperate parties dining together?

Thanks,
Allyson

In my experience, when asked if on the dining plan, we say yes but with 3 seperate reservations. They typically bring one check, we give them 3 room keys (one from ea. reservation) and credits are deducted appropriately. You will have 3 seperate checks to sign in the end though, so you can adjust your tips accordingly.
