Two Scooters in our room

Will there be enough places to plug in two scooters? We will be staying in a king room at the boardwalk inn. Thanks!

Any room on property is big enough for two scooters, in some you may need to ask for the table to be moved/removed. Even All Star Sports can handle two Maximas, all we did was move the table and chairs to the other side of the entertainment center there.

You should have plenty of room! If you are renting from a local Orlando vendor, you can call them, and ask if you are allowed to use a 3-prong grounded "power strip" to charge both units at once.

Some scooter manufacturers explicitly state in their owner's manuals *not* to use any type of extension cord when charging, so always check with the rental vendor beforehand to avoid any issues that might cloud your vacation! 🙂

(edited to add) Be sure to bring a good quality doorstop - these days, I recommend this one from Amazon; it really helps getting 2 scooters in and out of Resort hotel rooms, almost like a third pair of hands! 🙂

With Gold Mobility in particular, I wouldn't recommend using a power strip. They are in the process of upgrading their entire fleet again and are planning on using 50 Ah batteries on their Victory 10 models. This has made it necessary for them to use 5 AMP chargers and the wall outlet itself could get overloaded with that much draw going through a single socket. At bare minimum plug them into separate sockets on the same outlet, preferably plug them into separate outlets that are on separate circuits in the room for best results and that is true with any charger, even lower load ones.

Ok. We are renting two pride victory 10 scooters.
As long as there are outlets available we will do that. I know some hotel rooms have bare minimum outlets so that’s why I was worried.

You should be good, you might have to hunt a little, but shouldn't be too hard.

I always throw a surge protector strip in my suitcase. You can’t always be sure there will be enough outlets where you want them (or are able to teach them easily).

Just remember (I know... you have been here long enough - just a gentle reminder!) to check and make sure it's OK for that device to use a power strip; some ECVs and power chairs do require a direct plug-in, and the manufacturer doesn't want us using any form of extension cord/power strip for safety purposes.
