Two Riddles

A man leaves home, and makes three left turns. When he returns home he finds two men with masks on. Why?




A young couple's car beaks down in the middle of nowhere. The young husband tells his wife to lock the doors and keep the windows up. He makes a short trip to a gas station, and he returns to find his wife dead and another person in the car. What happened to her and who is the stranger?

First Riddle hint: The Sultan of Swat.

Second Riddle hint: When compared to the year 2003, a lot more women died because of this daily occurence back in the early 1900's.
