Forgive me if this is the wrong forum.
On a trip in 2013 there were some major problems with our trip and for the first time I contacted DVC after our trip. I very nice person listened and apologized and gave us a 2 night comp room at the same level as we were on our trip (2 nights, lake view, 2 bedroom) I was surprised and thankful.
Fast forward....trip this june with extended family to show off DVC. Sun-Wed. DVC points BLT-2 bdrm, lake view then what I thought was genious...Wed-Fri Comp room BLT-2bdrm, lake view.
Now the problem, the comp room is not with DVC at all, I have to make seperate phone calls for everything, adr, fast passes because they are not associated with each other.
The reservations were supposed to be "linked" as they said but now I find I might have to check out that Wed. and check back in to possibly a different room. I am so bummed to have to do this as this was our down day and we wanted to use the room for lunch, changing for pool and enjoying the resort.
For those who might have had something similair (staying in the same resort under the same persons name etc ) and have either moved or not moved I would love to hear the outcomes.
I might have to change all our plans to prepare that the Wed. might need to be a park day and therefore change all ADR and fastpasses...
