two reas and seperate check ins ???

ok i had to book 1 night resort only.. then the next day we start our 4 day land 3 day sea package. so we have to recheck in for that part they could not put it on the same reas tried numerous times.. no luck . so what is the earlest i can go down and recheck in ? will we need to wait till the cruise desk opens? do all have to be there? and is this the time i need the docs? as the room key is the same ?

If this is a continuing stay at the same hotel, they may be able to take care of it at the first check in. I had to do this same thing. When you check in the first time explain that your reservation is continuing and that you would like to stay in the same room if possible.

i hope to stay in same room but do you now if we have to recheck in for the package differently becasue it is a cruise part too?

I know that the key for your cruise and the key to your room are the same, if they can't take care of it on the first night, then you will have to recheck in. You can do this in the morning. Just like if you just arrived for that day. They will really try to keep you in the same room without having to check in again. Depending on when you are leaving, keep calling and asking about adding in the additional day to your other days. I found that certain CMs know a little bit more than others.
