When can 2013 ABV be booked? I have a friend wanting to go to Hollywood May or June of 2013.......

Also, is a 12 year old charged adult price for ABV?? TIA!!

For the past few years, the next year's schedule and itineraries have been announced in late July or some time in August.

And ABD's site says:

The child rate applies to Guests under 12 at the time of travel when accompanied by an adult in the same room.

So yes, someone who is already 12 is charged the adult price.
