Two questions needing answers

As always thanks in advance, but it's been a while since I planned a trip and I need some assistance. I know they changed some of the reservation windows, and I'm not sure exactly what's what anymore.

How far in advance can I make a reservation at Cindy's Castle for Breakfast, and is everything else pretty much avaialble at the six month window?

You can make an ADR at CRT 180 days in advance.
If you make all your ADRs at 180 days, you should be fine. If you are travelling at a busy time, make that call at 7:00 am EST.
If you are staying on site, when you call in at 180 days from your arrival date, you can make the ADR for that day and then your ADRs for the next 10 days. Sometimes you need to call back at the exact 180 day mark. Some ADRs at CRT are saved for the 180 day mark, some others may be too, and some DTD restaurants must be called in at the 180 day mark. The CM will tell you if you need to call back.
