If all goes to plan, we'll be in WDW this summer.
The last time we were there, we were only a group of 8, so all of us were included in my son-in-law's DAS.
At the time (2017), they told us that 8 is the maximum number of people who can be together on the DAS.
Is that still true?
I ask because we're now a group of 9 (grandparents, our kids and their spouses and 3 grandchildren).
Would all 9 of us be able to be on one DAS?
And for the second question, unrelated to the above.
My husband is in treatment for stage 4 cancer.
I'm thinking he'll probably also need a DAS, though i don't know how much of the parks he'll be able to do (given the surface of the sun temps in Orlando in July).
But assuming we did want to get him a DAS, can there be two DASs in one group?
I mean, if all 9 of us were going to ride on something together, i would assume we would all be in one group on one DAS.
but if we were in two groups on two separate things then we would be on two different DASs,
I'm probably overthinking, but i'm already so very worried about this trip, i can't help but overthink.
I should add that we're planning on getting genii+ for all the parks (it's the way it's added onto the UK ticket - it's all or nothing, you can't pick and choose a day).
So we'll combine DAS and genii+, though we are already saying that we're just going to try to tone down this trip as we're hearing so many negative things about crowd levels, that we might spend a lot more time out of the parks than we usually do.
