I have 6 tickets on my credit card. if flights go down and I can get a credit (s); do those funds belong to the passenger? I have a friend moving to NC and if we had any credits, I am hoping to use them to fly to visit her in the next year.

In flight Wifi - we have an iPhone, iPad, 2 Samsung Galaxy phones and a Kindle Fire tablet. Will all of these devices work with SW Wifi? The website looks like the Apple products will, especially wondering about the Kindle Fire

TIA

Question 2: If the device has working wifi it should work on the plane. Wifi is a standard and not proprietary to any device.

Credits belong to the passenger and they have to be used within one year from the original BOOKING date.

On our last couple of flights the WiFi wasn't working. Make sure you have downloaded some content to your device prior to the flight so you have something to read or watch or do if the WiFi isn't working on your flight.

If you're talking about using the devices for the free entertainment services, note that you need to download specific software for that and that's only available for all Apple products with iOS 4.2 or later and for select Android devices. I think you're out of luck with the Kindle.

If you're talking about the paid WiFi any device with WiFi capabilities should work just like it does on other connections.

The funds are directly tied to the passenger(s) booked on the original ticket, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

On my trip to FL last month, both flights did not have wifi, they were old planes (737-300).
