two questions about RPR

1. Is there car rental available?

2. If you request ground level, pool view, do you have walk out access from your room?

1. There is car rental, Hertz I believe, in the lobby near the concierge desk.

2. There are no rooms with walkout access on the ground level. You will have to use the hallway. The rooms all have windows that do not open and no outside door.

Have to say, I am surprised about the windows! In the entire resort, none open???? I find that strange!
