We are staying at the Poly for a couple nights in August, and want to try out 'Ohana for dinner the night we arrive. I just have a couple of questions that I can't find answers to anywhere so I was hoping someone could help.... First off, we're a party of 10. What is the biggest table they have? I know we may be seated separately, but was wondering if they have long tables in addition to the round ones I have seen in pictures. It is very difficult to split into the round tables as we have 4 older kids, 4 adults, and 2 little ones. The 4 older kids can usually sit alone, but here they still might need some help with the meat and especially the shrimp, so there will be a lot of getting up and sitting down if we have to go over and help them with every plate. The little ones need to sit with us, and the adults would like to sit together as well, otherwise what is the point of even going together? So it would be a lot easier if we could just get side by side long tables where some of the kids could sit on either side of the adults, and make for easier plate assembling and passing, lol.
Also, I see that kids can order off a kids menu as an alternate choice. If they choose something on the kids menu, can they still eat from the family style offerings as well? I'm just wondering about my 4 year old...she will love the broccoli, noodles, and maybe the potstickers, but I think the meat will be too spicy for her. If I get her an order of chicken nuggets so she can have some meat, is she still allowed to eat the other stuff as well?
Thanks!
