Two Questions about Dolphin

I am flying down to meet my family in Disney late on May 5. I have to activate my AP the morning of May 6 to get into the parks obviously!

I have not stayed in the area lately so my memory is a little foggy. I know I can walk to MGM and Epcot. But is there a ticket window at the entrance to Epcot (behind France)? I am sure there is, but will they activate my AP? I am drawing a complete blank and am just thinking to run over to MGM in the morning to activate it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I know that Swan/Dolphin are not participating in the Magical Express, but can I get my boarding pass at the hotel or is that exclusive to Disney owned and operated hotels only? I am a little confused about that too!

I activated my AP at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot (behind France) in December. No problem at all!

Dolphin has a 24 hour business center. You can use the computer there to print your boarding pass. There is a nominal charge. I'm not sure if the front desk will do it as a courtesy.
