First of all, I have all my restaurants lined up, but cannot for the life of me think of where to eat dinner on the day my husband and I go to Hollywood Studios. I am looking for any suggestions. It doesn't have to been in Hollywood Studios, just not too far away from the park or our hotel (AKL).
Second, I am wondering if the Tables in Wonderland Card is worth it. We will be eating at the following places:

Victoria and Albert's dinner
Crystal Palace breakfast
California Grill dinner
???
Citricos dinner
San Angel Inn dinner
Le Callier dinner

We will mostly be doing room service for breakfast and bring snacks to eat throughout the day until dinner. Any breakfast or must-eat lunch suggestions are also greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

I can not personally speak as to the benefits of TiW, but it seems that at the places you are eating, you should be able to save money, or atleast break even on the membership fees.

As far as were to eat, keep in mind that the restaurants at the boardwalk are only a short walk/boat ride away. That opens up your choices a bit... Also, have you thought about Jiko? We LOVE that restaurant.

Enjoy your trip. You have some great choices in restaurants!

in DHS is good. Also there is a boat that can take you to the Boardwalk area or Epcot. Flying Fish is a restaurant my wife and I enjoy.

On TIW, if already have an annual pass, the TIW is a no brainer for your schedule. The food part alone for V&A would save you over half the cost. Add CG and Citricos and you have paid for it without drinking wine. (As long as you aren't dining at these on blackout dates.)

If you don't have an annual pass already, you probably need to do some math. The AP comes with some other benefits such as merchandise discounts. There is a current offer where AP holders have a coupon for a 10% discount for APs purchased before July 31st. There have been posts from holders offering them to DIS participants.

If your resort is AKL, any interest in Sanaa? They serve lunch also.

Agreed - if you're going to V&A that alone will probably pretty much pay for most of your TIW membership. If you order wine you will cover even more of it.

You've already received some good suggestions, but you mighht also consider Boma. Like Jiko, it's located at your resort and we've never had a bad meal there. Actually, it's our all-time favorite on-site buffet restaurant!
