Two Fold Vegetarian Question

Hello there, I have 2 questions:
First off, we're dining at a few new locations on our upcoming trip. And 2 of those locations seem to be seriously lacking vegetarian options. Has anyone had a vegetarian App and/or Entree @ Bistro de Paris (doesn't seem to be a veggie option for either on the menu) The other place I'm curios about is Fulton's, I see mushroom fries & salad as appetizer options, so that's awesome, but anyone had a vegetarian Entree at Fulton's? I know any TS place will make me something vegetarian, but I'm excited/curios and hoping someone here can give me details on their veg-meal at either location!
My second question, is are you suppose to get a response back when you email specialdiets@disneyworld? I emailed them about 4 months ago regarding desiring a vegetarian option at these 2 places and never got a response not even an automated reply (now our trip is coming up in about a month) . Should I take no news to be good news? Or are you supposed to hear back from them, should I attempt to contact them again?

I can't answer your first question, but as for the second, you should have heard back months ago. I would CALL them asap. They will send you some forms over email to fill out and send back.
