Two family`s one world!
I`ve been planning this trip since May! Here are the cast members
Me (early for everything , so we dont miss it) also celebrating a birthday this trip
my DH (he follows me and says ok , whatever you wanna do)
my DD-10 (the birthday princess who reached double digits this trip!)
my DD-8 (climber of anything he can climb on, and totally here to torture his sister!
And the 2nd family
Sandy (my close friend who plans nothing)
Her DH Michael who also follows me and says ok what next)
and their kids twins 7 y/o 1 boy (who wants to do everything twice b/c he is fascinated with it all and his sister (who tells every character they are her favorite!)
With no breakfast adr , today we were stuck eatting breakfast at POP , which is getting more crowded the closer to Turkey day as it gets. Then headed to Epcot..............we decided we would spend the whole day and night here today since we have never given this park enough time.
We saw Honey I shrunk the audience, which freaks my DD out with the mice!
I laugh at her with her feet up!
I had to meet up with Sandy and Eden by noon to take the girls to the Alice in Wonderland tea party at the GF, so we tried to see Crush in the living seas and found out they were closed for re-hab and would re-open for a soft opening tomorrow..............mental note to make it back there then. We did get some great pictures outside of there with the scenery of nemo. Beautiful colors for daytime pictures! While there we decided to go on soarin again! I just love that ride!
Sandy calls as we are getting off the ride, they are here, getting FP for soarin'
Good timing, and we are off for the GF for the tea party. The girls enjoyed the tea party but, not as much as we enjoyed our adult time lunch at the GF resturant with no kids! Just kidding, they loved it. They let us come in for pictures when we dropped them off, but the picture/souvenir they give them with their picture with alice and the mad hatter is a blurry polaroid, I just expected more from the GF. I was glad I gave my DH a disposable camera.........she didnt finish the roll yet, I am curious to see how her pictures came out.
Getting into epcot we saw pluto go into a door, so we followed him.......here is a character line to meet pluto, minnie and Donald! I got the cutest picture of the girls kissing donald on his cheeks!
We get a call from the boys, they are worried they arent hearing from us, can`t they take a hint! They had just come off soarin, they used our fastpasses and graciously gave us new ones. Told ya we love this ride! They got a bite to eat while us girls did soarin. Then we rode livin with the land which was educational but fun, and saw the circle of life....................this was our home-school session of the trip (after all they did miss 4 days of school this week!)
After this the 2 families split up for the night, they had FP for soaring to do as a family and we were on a mission in world showcase to make our way around the whole world b4 illuminations! I was so exhausted doing the worlds, not thinking we would make it all the way around, but we succeeded!
Even stopping in a store in China to stop and take pictures with tigger and pooh! We made it back to the front of world showcase just in time for the show. And it was beautiful as ever! We dashed out of there b4 the crowds hit.................very early morning tomorrow .............breakfast at the castle for the girls, the boys have a pirates cruise at 9:30....................will they get there in time?
