If you have a two bedroom lock-off booked and have two families staying in the rooms can you put two credit cards down for the separate parts of the room and can you divide up the DDP credits based on credit card and/or room? Like if Family A is in the one bedroom part and Family B is in the studio part can Family A put a credit card down for charges for their room keys and same for Family B? And if Family A puts down a credit card for charges can the DDP credits for just Family A be tied to their room key and have Family B's DDP credits be tied to their room key/name on room key?

TIA

They are now able to attach more than one credit card to a room reservation.

However, the dining plan credits are tied to the room and all of them will be pooled. So, everyone will have access to all the credits.

People will just have to keep track on their own of what they use.

And if your guests don't understand how the dining plan works very well, they could use up all your credits as well as their own if you don't explain it completely to them. If they are the type to get a soda or bottle of water or popcorn every so often, they could use up all the snack credits in a few days.

book them as separate units then no problems just ask for connecting doors

You'll use more points to do that.

I don't think it's guaranteed that if you book a 1 bedroom and a studio and if you ask for then to be connected you would necessarily get the 2 bedroom.

I wanted to add that even though we had 2 charge cards on the room in September, only one of the cards was billed all of the charges.

It only helps with the charges, but I would say one family has keys with charging privileges, and the other has room keys with no charging. We don't ever mix room charging and ddp anyway - we find when we have done that it makes things more complicated (ie meals being charged to the room instead of using credits, etc). You will probably want to do some sort of daily tally of who used what credits too.
